摘要
细胞色素C(Cyt C)是呼吸链的电子载体,线粒体释放的Cyt C不仅进入细胞质诱导凋亡,而且也由凋亡细胞释放到细胞外。缺氧、缺血可致心肌细胞线粒体中Cyt C大量释放导致心肌细胞凋亡,心肌细胞凋亡加重时,Cyt C胞质表达增多,抑制心肌细胞凋亡时Cyt C胞质表达也同时减少。血清Cyt C含量的变化可以反映心肌细胞凋亡程度的改变。
Cytochrome C(Cyt C)is the electron carrier of the respiratory chain,Cyt C not only enters cytoplasm to induce apoptosis,but is also released from apoptotic cells extracellularly.Ischemia and hypoxia can cause mitochondrias of myocardial cells to release numerous Cyt C,which induces cell apoptosis.The more cells died,the more Cyt C expressed.when suppressed cell apoptosis,the expressd Cyt C is parallel decreased.The level of Cyt C can reflect the degree of apoptosis of myocardial cell.
