摘要
腰椎滑脱症是骨科常见病、多发病,给患者带来了极大的痛苦,严重影响了他们的生活质量,给家庭带来了沉重的负担。近年来,经椎间孔椎体间融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症已取得较大进展。现就其传统及微创术式在适应证及禁忌证、术后效果、并发症、手术代价和未来的前景等方面予以综述,旨在进一步提高腰椎滑脱症的治疗水平。
Spondylolisthesis is common orthopedicdisease,which causes great suffering to patients,seriously affecting their quality of life,to bring a heavy burden on the family.In recent years,transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis has gradually become the main surgical treatment method and has achieved great progress.Here is to make a review on the conventional and minimally invasive operation in indications and contraindications,postoperative results,complications,operation cost and future prospects,with the aim of further improving the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis level.
