摘要
妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)为糖尿病的特殊类型,对母体和胎儿都有不利的影响,GDM孕妇的体质量指数(BMI)较正常孕妇的BMI均高,且以脂肪组织增多为主,具有更强的胰岛素抵抗,并且胰岛β细胞分泌降低是GDM发病的重要环节。肥胖与水通道蛋白7蛋白转运甘油的通道影响着三酰甘油的代谢。GDM发病也与趋化素、重组人脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白4脂肪因子关系密切。
Gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）is a special type of diabetes,which has a negative impact on both the mother and fetus,body mass index（BMI）of GDM pregnant women is higher than normal pregnant women,mainly in adipose tissue with more insulin resistance,β-cell secretion reduction is an important part of the onset of GDM.Obesity and transport glycerol channel AQP7 protein,affecting the metabolism of triglycerides,GDM onset is also closely related with chemerin and FABP4 fat factor.
