合体细胞型脑膜瘤伴重度脑水肿一例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 脑膜瘤为颅内常见的肿瘤，多数属良性，生长缓慢。一些患者常因瘤同水肿而较早出现临床症状或体征。体积较小的脯膜瘤出现霞度脑水肿的病例资料较少见。本文报道一例合体细胞型脑膜瘤于同手术期发生重度脑水肿的患者．并结合文献对脑膜瘤合并重度脑水肿的原凶及治疗进行探讨。
