摘要
总结了近期不定形耐火材料流变性研究方面的一些新进展,包括新的流变性研究试验方法、流变性的评价方法、浇注料的流变性和流动性之间的关系,以及絮凝剂对浇注料流变性的影响,并提出了今后进行不定形耐火材料流变性研究的建议。
Some research achievements on rheological behaviour of monolithic refractories accomplished by our group were briefly reviewed in present paper. Rheological properties of the vibrating type castables and coating mixes were analyzed and discussed by means of the newly developed castable viscometer and Brookfield viscometer equipped with moving up-down rotor,respectively. Relationship between rheological parameters and installation properties of castables with or without microsilica containing was studied and dis- cussed. Rheological properties of AI2Q-SiC-SiO2-C self-flow castables as a function of flocculants addition were also illuminated. Suggestions on further researches on rheology of monolithic refractories were proposed.
