皮瓣联合真皮瓣填充修复胸壁结核性溃疡创面八例 被引量：11

摘要 胸壁结核如果处理不当，常易复发、迁延不愈，治疗有一定难度，尤其是病变累及肋骨或胸骨时，常规皮瓣覆盖后易遗留窦道、复发率高。2007年4月-2011年2月，笔者单位整形美容烧伤修复中心采用皮瓣联合真皮瓣填充的方式，修复8例复发性伴肋骨或胸骨受累的结核性溃疡患者创面，效果较好。
