摘要
目的评价微波消毒法对口腔印模的消毒效果。方法用乙型肝炎病毒及枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞对口腔印模进行污染,用微波消毒法对污染印模消毒,用核酸扩增荧光定量技术进行乙型肝炎病毒DNA及枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞的检测,评价消毒效果。结果微波消毒3min,印模中乙型肝炎病毒无检出,消毒合格率均达100.0%,与消毒1、2min比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);消毒5min枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞无检出,与其他各组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);消毒5min生理盐水和血清中枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞与HBV-DNA的阳性检出率均为0。结论微波消毒口腔印模可与高温高压灭菌达到同样效果,而且经济、有效,是一种良好的印模消毒方法。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of microwave sterilization of dental impression. METHODS The dental impression was polluted with hepatitis B virus and Bacillus subtilis,then disinfected by microwave sterilization.Hepatitis B virus DNA and B.subtilis were detected to evaluated the effect of disinfection with nucleic acid amplification quantitative fluorescence technology. RESULTS Microwave sterilized for 3min and no hepatitis B virus was detected,disinfection passing rate reached 100%.The difference was statistically significant(P0.01) compared with disinfection for 1min,2mim.Microwave sterilization for 5 min,B.subtilis was not detected(P0.01).Microwave sterilization for 5min,the detection rates of HBV-DNA and B.subtilis in saline or serum were both 0. CONCLUSION Microwave sterilization can reach the same disinfection effect with high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization.It is an economical,effective and reliable disinfection method.
