危重患者留置导管管理及感染的预防

Management of induelling catheter in critically ill patients and prevention of infection

目的考察使用管道观察表预防有多管道危重患者发生管道感染的效果。方法对2008年6月-2011年3月109例置入多种管道危重患者,应用管道观察表,实施多种特殊管道护理,及时进行检查与维护,预防医院管道感染。结果 109例危重多管道患者在使用特殊管道观察表后,对要定期更换的特殊管道时间一目了然,无1例因护理不到位而并发管道感染。结论应用特殊管道观察表能加强危重患者多管道的管理,预防管道感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of the special pipe observation table in prevention of the pipe infections in critically ill patients with multiple pipes. METHODS In order to prevent nosocomial pipe infections,we practiced various types of special pipe nursing,applied pipe observation table,timely performed examination and maintenance for 109 critically ill patients with multiple pipes from Jun.2008 to Mar.2011. RESULTS After the application of the special pipe observation table in the patients,we more clearly knew the time to replace the special pipes,and no pipe infection occurred due to unsuccessful nursing. CONCLUSION It can enhance the management of multiple pipes in critically ill patients and prevent pipe infection by utilizing the special pipe observation table.
