摘要
目的分析肺炎克雷伯菌的感染分布及耐药性特点,为临床预防控制和治疗肺炎克雷伯菌感染提供依据。方法采用MicroScan AS-4半自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪对临床分离菌进行鉴定和药敏分析,同时检测超广谱β-内酰胺酶,并结合临床相关资料进行分析。结果 405株肺炎克雷伯菌中,产ESBLs阳性198株,阳性率为48.89%;ESBLs阳性的肺炎克雷伯菌对所测抗菌药物显著高于产ESBLs阴性菌,并且出现5株对亚胺培南耐药的肺炎克雷伯菌。结论医院产ESBLs阳性的肺炎克雷伯菌感染存在相当比例,ESBLs阳性菌的耐药率远较阴性菌更加严重,应引起临床注意。
OBJECTIVE To provide references for control and therapy of infection by analyzing the distribution and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae. METHODS The bacteria were isolated and identified routinely by MicroScan AS-4,and ESBLs were detected by turns,then the results combined with related clinical data were analyzed. RESULTS In 405 K.pneumoniae,the positive rate of ESBLs was 48.89% in 198 strains of ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae;the drug resistance rate of ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae was higher than that of non-ESBLs-producing strains.Moreover,there were five strains of imipenem resistant K.pneumoniae. CONCLUSION ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae accounts for considerable proportion in our hospital.The drug resistance of ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae is higher than that of non-ESBLs-producing strains,which should be paid attention in clinical.
