摘要
根据中共中央国务院深化医药卫生体制改革的要求,通过分析各种财务监管形式的优缺点,结合实际工作中发现的问题,论述新医改方案实施过程中,财务监管体系不断自我完善的途径,使卫生体制改革和卫生事业的发展,不断满足人民群众对医疗卫生的需求。
According to the CPC Central Committee and State Council to deepen the requirements of medical and health system,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of financial regulation,combined with the problems found in the actual work,the new health reform program implementation is discussed.Continuous improvement of the financial regulatory system means that health system and health development should constantly meet people＇s health needs.
