摘要
天然橡胶(NR)作为一种植物合成的可再生资源,与由石油生产的合成橡胶相比,更能满足当今世界普遍追求可持续发展的需要。NR的环氧化改性具有操作简单、方法经济、反应可在水相中进行的特点,制备得到的环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)具有良好的相容性、抗湿滑性、低的滚动阻力、耐油性和气密性等特点,在轮胎工业、胶粘剂和新型复合材料等领域中有着广泛的应用前景。本文对近年来ENR制备和表征方法、ENR与白炭黑之间的相互作用、ENR的硫化及其在轮胎胶料中的应用等方面的最新进展进行了综述,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议。
Natural rubber (NR) is an obvious renewable raw material synthesized by Hevea brasiliensis. Compared with synthetic rubbers, NR can better meet the nowadays sustainable development. The process of epoxidation modification of NR is a simple and economic way. The reaction can be carried out in the water phase. ENR poses excellent properties such as good compatibility, wet skid resistance, low rolling resistance, oil resistance and air tightness, etc. has great applied potential in tyre industry,adhesives and navel composites. The present paper reviews the recent progresses in the preparation and characterization of ENR Including its vulcanization, Silica reinforcement and its application in the tire industry. Meanwhile, the future research focuses of ENR are indentified.
