摘要
转速控制系统中,电机转速作为反馈量构成闭环控制。因此,电机转速测量的精度对控制系统性能有着至关重要的作用。文章采用基于一种精度得到较大提高的改进M/T法理论来设计的单片机来测量电机速度。在变频器控制电机中的实验结果表明,使用改进的M/T法测量精度高,测量范围广。
The motor speed is a feedback in loop control of the speed control system. The accuracy of measurement of motor speed plays a crucial role in control system. In this paper, an improved M/T method was introduced to design the microcontroller to measure motor speed. The experimental result in frequency converter motor shows that the improved M/T method has a high precision as well as a wide measurement range.
