摘要
针对笔类产品款型需求量大、改型快、设计效率低等特征,从计算机辅助工业设计的角度出发,结合计算机参数化建模与计算机模块化的组合创新设计理论,实现了笔类产品的组合创新以及用户交互评价驱动的优化。基于通用产品工业设计软件平台开发了原型系统,通过一款中性笔的设计实例加以验证。验证结果表明该方法对提高设计效率和调整优化设计方案有较好的作用。
In view of pen product features such as great type demands, quick swift types and inefficient design, the paper adopted the idea from the view of computer-aided industry design and the theory of computer parametric modeling and block-based combinatorial innovation design to realize, the pen products' combinatorial innovation and the optimization of user interactive evaluation driver. A prototype system was developed based on general product industrial designing software platform, which was validated by a "Gel-Ink Pen" design example. Verpication result shows that this method has a good effect on improving design efficiency and adjustment the optimizing design method.
