摘要
结合攀钢钛白粉厂一车间含铬、含砷废水处理实例,介绍了废水处理系统主体工艺的设计及运行效果,出水总铬≤1.5 mg/L、As≤0.5 mg/L、Cr6+≤0.5 mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的第一类污染物最高允许排放标准,对于防止金沙江水环境污染有重要作用,对整个钛白粉生产行业废水处理具有一定的借鉴意义。
Combined with the chromium- and arsenic-containing wastewater treatment case in the first workshop of titanium dioxide plant of Pangang Group Co. Ltd., the design and operation of major wastewater treatment process are introduced. The concentrations of total chromium, arsenic and chromium ( VI ) in the effluent are equal or less than 1.5 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L respectively, meeting the discharge standard for the maximum permissible concentration of the first kind pollutants, which is very important to protect the water environment of Jinsha River from being polluted, and has some reference to treatment of wastewater from titanium dioxide production.
