Comparison of Different Formulas of Drug Price Index

目的:探讨药品价格指数不同编制方法的优缺点及其适用范围,为药品价格的管理提供理论依据。方法:采用江西省某"三甲"医院的抗菌药物类数据,运用不同的公式分别计算药品价格指数。结果:拉氏、帕氏、马氏指数的变化趋势大体相同,但所得结果有微小差异。结论:建议采用折中的马氏指数作为最终结论,同时辅以对权重大的药品的价格及数量变动加以描述性统计。

OBJECTIVE：To explore the advantage and disadvantage of different computation methods of drug price indexes and their application,in order to provide the retical methods for drug price managment.METHODS：Drug data from a class three grade A hospital in Jiangxi province were collected and different formulas were used to compute the drug price indexes.RESULTS：The changes of three kinds of price indexes,laspeyres index,paasche index and marshall-edgeworth index,were approximate,but the results had little difference.CONCLUSION：Marshall-edgeworth price index is advised to compute the drug price index,and the fluctuating price and quantity of the bigger weight drug are applied for descriptive statistics.
