摘要 目的:建立测定龙牡壮骨颗粒中钾含量的方法,为完善质量标准提供依据。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法。选用干式灰化处理样品,防止进样管的堵塞和数据波动,并在样品液中通过加入氯化钠消除电离干扰。结果:钾检测浓度在1.0~5.0μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率分别为99.1%、100.5%、99.7%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便易行、准确率高,可为完善龙牡壮骨颗粒的质量标准和研究其临床疗效提供理论依据。 OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of potassium in Longmu zhuanggu granules,and to provide reference for the improvement of quality standard.METHODS:Using atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the dry incineration was selected for sample processing to prevent the jamming of specimen injector and the data undulation,and sodium chloride was added into sample solution to eliminate ionization interference.RESULTS:The linear range of 1.0~5.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 99.1%,100.5%,99.7%(RSD=1.1%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,easy and highly accurate,and it can provide theoretic basis for the improvement of quality standard and clinical efficacy study of the preparation.
