江西基层医疗卫生机构基本药物超国家限价销售情况调研

Research on Selling Price of Primary Medical Institution Essential Drugs over the State Limit in Jiangxi Province

目的:为完善我国基本药物价格监控体系提供参考。方法:运用分层随机抽样法,于2011年5月对江西省40个县、市、区的基层医疗卫生机构和零售药店基本药物销售价格进行调查,所有数据录入Excel进行统计分析。结果:被调查地区存在超国家限价销售基本药物的情况。乡镇卫生院超限价销售比例高于村诊所和零售药店;超限价销售药品以化学药品多见,与药品类别关系不大;药品超限价销售的利润率以村诊所最高。结论:建议建立完善的基本药物销售监控体系,实时、准确监控基本药物销售价格。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for improving essential drug price monitoring system in China.METHODS：Using stratified random sampling method,the selling prices of essential drugs in primary medical institution and retail pharmacy from 40 counties of Jiangxi province were investigated in May 2011.All data were input using Excel and analyzed statistically.RESULTS：There were essential drugs sold over the state limit.The proportion of selling price over limit in township hospitals was higher than in village clinics and retail pharmacies;drugs sold over the state limit commonly were chemical drugs and little associated with drug types;profit margins of drugs sold over the state limit was the highest in the village clinics.CONCLUSIONS：We should establish and perfect essential drugs monitoring system,instantaneous accurately monitor the selling price of essential drugs.
