医院药学部药学实习带教工作的思考

Consideration on Pharmacy Internship and Teaching Work in Pharmacy Department of the Hospital

目的:为提高医院药学部药学实习带教工作水平提供参考。方法:从高等教育学理论出发,以我院药学部为例,总结药学实习带教工作经验。结果与结论:提升带教教师的"5种能力",构建带教工作的"4项机制",实现带教方式的"3个结合",即"543"措施,可有效提升医院药学部药学实习带教工作水平。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the improvement of pharmacy internship and teaching work in pharmacy department of the hospital.METHODS：According to higher education theory,the pharmacy internship and teaching experience was summarized,taking pharmacy department of our hospital for instance.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：With improving ＂five kinds of ability＂ and constructing ＂four mechanism＂,realizing ＂three combination＂,that is ＂543＂ measures,which effectively enhance the level of internship and teaching in our pharmacy department.
