摘要
基于哈特曼板的测量原理,提出112点测量方法。为了提高镜片屈光度的检测精度,设计每四个点组成一个测量单元用于小区域屈光度的测量,进而得到整个面的屈光度。设计了整体的实验方案,利用NI的板卡对图像进行采集,并运用NI函数库及调用MATLAB函数对图像进行处理,提高了仪器开发效率。最后对不同镜片进行了实际测量。结果表明,此方法有较好的测量结果。
Based on the Hartmann boar dmeasurement principle,present 112 points measurement.In order to improve the measuring accuracy,we have designed each four points form a measuring unit of measurement for small area.We can receive all information diopter of the entire spectacle lens using interpolation method.Designed the scheme of overall experiment,and using NI board card collecting the original image,and using image NI function library and calling on MATLAB image processing function,improved the instrument development efficiency.In the end the actual measurement of different lens,and compared with state inspection standard.Results show that this method has better measurement results.
