重庆市不同层次医院护理人员健康教育时机调查

Investigation on the time for health education of nursing staffs from different levels hospitals in Chongqing

目的:探讨重庆市不同层次医院护理人员实施健康教育的时机,为医院护理健康教育标准化模式的制定和实施提供参考依据。方法:自行设计问卷调查表,采用白填方式,分层随机抽样方法,抽取20所重庆市不同层次医院的335名护理人员及护理管理者进行调查。结果:不同层次医院护理人员实施健康教育的时机存在显著差异,P<0.01。结论:不同层次医院护理人员应充分评估患者及家属需求,选择恰当的健康教育时机,以提高健康教育效果。

Objective：To explore the time to carry out health education of nursing staffs from different levels hospitals in Chongqing,so as to provide the references for the health education standardization in nursing model of the formulation and implementation.Method：The questionnaire was used to investigate 335 nursing staffs and nursing managers in 20 different levels of the hospitals.Result：There were significant differences in the time of carrying out health education（p0.01）.Conclusion：To improve the effectiveness of health education,nursing staffs from different levels should choose the appropriate time to carry out health education on fully assess the patients and families needs.
