摘要
以鄂州低品位钙基膨润土为实验研究对象,采用三种不同提纯方法,对该膨润土原矿进行提纯对比与讨论,蒙脱石含量有了不同程度的提高。并且将提纯后膨润土进行轮碾钠化改性,通过实验确定了影响钠化的主要因素和钠化的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:三种提纯土在最佳条件下都显示理想的钠化效果,各项性能指标有很大的提高,为高性能的钠基膨润土。
A low grade Ca-bentonite from Ezhou is taken as the object of the study,The Bentonite was used to purification comparison and discussion by the three different method,the montmorillonite content has increased in various degrees.At the same time,the purification Bentonite was converted into Na-bentonite by extrusion method,The main factors and best industry conditions of Na-activation are confirmed by this test.The result shows that three purification Bentonite display ideal sdium-ionized efficiency under optimum conditions,each performance index has the great improve.And obtained high performance Na-bentonite.
