摘要 本文分析了矿石工艺矿物学特点,即原矿含金属矿物量大、同一种金属矿物可浮性差异大。经试验研究,采用抑砷浮铜的优先浮选工艺,选用对砷矿物抑制作用较强的组合药剂,及选择性较好的铜矿物捕收剂,实现了铜与硫砷分离。获得品位21.10%、回收率83.95%、含砷0.838%的铜精矿指标。 Characteristics of mineral mineralogy were analyzed in this paper: floatability discrepancy of the same metallic minerals becoming larger while metallic minerals of the raw ore increasing.Flotation copper first process was used in this paper.Combined agent which is arsenic minerals restrained and copper mineral collecting agent were used to separate Cu and As.Copper concentrate in which copper grade is 21.10%,recovery of copper is 83.95%,content of As is 0.838% was gained.
