情报学科知识流出问题研究

Studies on Knowledge Outflow of Information Science

选取中国知网的中国引文数据库作为本次研究的调查统计源,对10种情报学核心期刊在2000—2009年这10年间载文被外学科引用状况进行统计,发现情报学知识流出较少。基于知识流动理论分析其原因,发现主要包括知识势差过大、情报学界发送知识的动机和能力不足、知识流出的渠道不畅和与多数外学科的关系疏远4个方面,在此基础上提出了4项措施以增强情报学知识流出,实现情报学社会价值。

Choosing the Chinese Citation Database of CNKI as the source of investigation and statistics,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the articles published in 10 core journals of information science from 2000 to 2009 and cited by other disciplines.It＇s found out that only a little knowledge of information science flows out.Based on the theory of knowledge flow,its reasons are analyzed.The main reasons include the larger knowledge potential difference,the insufficient motivation and capability of information science circles to send out knowledge,the unsmooth channel for knowledge outflow and the loose relationships with many other disciplines.On this basis,the paper proposes 4 measures to promote the knowledge outflow of information science and realize its social value.
