转基因水稻食用安全性评价内容与主要争论问题分析 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了中国转基因水稻食用安全性评价的政策依据,并以实例为基础介绍了食用安全性评价的主要内容、检测标准:新表达物质毒理学评价、新表达物质致敏性评价、关键营养成份与抗营养因子检测、新表达物质含量(表达量)检测、新表达物质热稳定性和可消化性检测、全食品安全性检测等。针对转基因水稻螟虫不能吃,人是否能吃,是否能长期吃,实质等同性原则是否存在逻辑错误、偏袒大公司等问题进行了分析。对中国转基因水稻的发展前景进行了评论,认为前期需要有一个渐进、积累的过程,但之后将快速覆盖、急剧增长。 The policy of food safety assessment of transgenic rice in China was introduced,and the contents and standards of food safety assessment,including toxicological assessment of foreign protein,allergen assessment of foreign protein,assessment of major nutrient composition and anti-nutritional factors in GMO products,content assessment of foreign proteins in GMO products,thermal stability and digestibility of foreign proteins,and food safety assessment for whole GMO products,were related based on an example of transgenic rice.The analysis was conducted on the debated questions such as whether it is safe for a human being to eat transgenic rice or to eat it for a long time since stem borers will die from eating it,whether there is a logical mistake in substantial equivalence principle for transgenic products,or whether the substantial equivalence principle is only beneficial to multinational corporations.The prospect of the transgenic rice in China was outlined that it would need a gradual accumulation in early stages and then it would have a rapid growth and an extensive application in commercial production.
