产业集群低碳化升级路径研究--以长株潭城市群为例

Research on Upgrading Low Carbon Industry Cluster:the Analysis based on Changzhutan Urban Agglomeration

低碳经济将是今后全球社会经济发展的一种主流模式,而低碳产业集群是发展低碳经济的有效组织载体。本文梳理了国内外学者的研究成果,对比分析了低碳产业集群与传统产业集群的区别,重点以长株潭城市群为例,在对其产业集群的发展现状及低碳化问题进行整体判断的基础上,提出了"强调一个中心,实施五大战略"的产业集群低碳化升级的总体思路,并从企业、产业、政府等多层面进行了低碳化路径的具体设计。

Low carbon economy will become the global social and economic dominant developmental pattern in the future, and the low carbon industry cluster is the effective organization form in developing the low carbon economy. This paper firstly analyzes the current research achievements in this area, compares the differences between the low carbon industry cluster and the traditional industry cluster, then takes the Changzhutan urban agglomeration as an example, discussing its current development of the industry cluster, and estimating its low carbon problem based on the above analysis. It puts forward an idea for developing the low carbon industry cluster, which is ＂emphasize one core and implement five strategies＂, and makes the specific design from the enterprise,I ndustry, government and other dimensions.
