摘要
通过模拟试验研究了热轧卷取温度对气冷退火冷轧双相钢的组织性能的影响,并采用ThermoCalc相图计算进行理论分析。结果表明:热轧高温卷取一方面可使冷轧退火后得到相对粗大的晶粒,有利于降低双相钢的屈服强度;高温卷取产生的晶界锰偏聚可以增加双相钢退火冷却时奥氏体的淬透性,在退火冷却时得到更多马氏体,从而提高双相钢的抗拉强度。因此,热轧高温卷取的冷轧气冷退火双相钢具有更低的屈强比和更好的塑性,从而获得更好的成形性能。
The effect of coiling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled DP steel was investigated by means of experimentation and ThermoCALC computation,and the results showed that the high coiling temperature can result in coarse ferrite grains which is beneficial for the decreasing of yield strength.On the other hand,the resulting Mn enrichment at the grain boundary can improve the hardenability of austenite during the course of gas cooling,and result in more martensite upon the gas jet cooling which can increase the tensile strength of DP steel.Therefore,the high coiling temperature can ensure the lower yield ratio and better ductility for the continuous annealed DP steel with gas jet cooling,and it is good for forming.
