摘要
一台电工钢片(带)层间电阻测量仪因加压失控出现机械卡阻故障,将一块待检测的钢板压在测量底板上取不出来,由于电极板及压板均处于施压状态下不能卸载,因此无法继续完成检测工作。为了解决这一问题,通过查阅相关资料和对照实物,在了解掌握其基本结构和工作原理之后,经过调节电极电机固定螺栓,先以手动方式实现减压,然后再通电完成机械卸载,升起电极板和压板,成功解除机械卡阻问题。对于后来出现的压板电机不能自停的失控故障及电极电机动作不正常的问题,通过调整电子过电流保护器的负载电流整定值,重新定位行程开关位置等处理后,消除了故障,使设备完全恢复正常。
Mechanical blockage fault occurred of an electrical steel sheet(strip) layer resistance measuring instrument for pressure out of control.A pressure plate in measuring plate cannot be pulled out,because the electrode plate and the pressing plate are in the pressing state so that they cannot be uninstalled,and the detection work can not be completed.In order to solve this problem,relevant information and physical control were inspected,its basic structure and work principle were clarified,electrode motor fixing bolt was adjusted,decompression was achieved manually,and then the mechanical jamming was unloaded successfully.After rising electrode plate and a pressure plate,the mechanical blocking problem was successfully relieved.For the later problem that emergence of platen motor can not stop the runaway malfunction and electrode motor condition,the electronic over current protector of the load current setting value was adjusted,the stroke switch positions after processing was repositioned,the fault was eliminated,so that the device was completely back to normal.
