宫颈癌放化疗后并发治疗相关性骨髓增生异常综合征／急性髓系白血病一例报告并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 宫颈癌是妇科常见肿瘤之一，经手术联合放、化疗综合治疗，患者生存期显著延长，5年生存率达77．52％^[1]。治疗相关性骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）／急性髓系白血病（AML）是长期存活患者的远期并发症之一，但目前尚无其发病率的流行病学研究^[2]。我们报道1例宫颈癌放、化疗后并发治疗相关性MDS／AML患者，并进行了文献复习。
