摘要 维拉佐酮（vilazodone,1）化学名为1-[4-（5-氰基吲哚-3-基）丁基]-4-（2-氨甲酰基苯并呋喃-5-基）哌嗪,其盐酸盐的商品名为Viibryd,是由美国Trovis Pharmaceuticals LLC公司开发的一种具有双重作用的选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂和5-HT1A受体部分激动剂。
