摘要
目的总结应用显微外科技术修复腕部正中神经损伤的临床效果。方法腕部正中神经损伤48例。其中,部分断裂17例,完全断裂31例,均急诊显微镜下修复;术后给予神经营养药物,配合加强康复功能锻炼和神经肌电刺激。结果平均随访20个月。根据中华医学会手外科学会上肢周围神经功能评定试用标准,评定神经的恢复效果,优16例,良18例,优良率70.8%。结论腕部正中神经损伤后早期显微外科修复,术后辅以神经营养药物及适宜的康复功能锻炼,能较好地恢复手功能。
Objective To summarize the outcomes of repairing the injuried median nerves of the wrist with microsurgery.Methods The microsurgeries of reparing the broaken median nerves were performed in 48 cases,in whom the median nerves were broaken completely in 31 cases and partially in 17 cases.The operation was followed by neurotrophic drug therapy combined rehabilitation exercise.Results The patients were followed-up for an average of 20 months,the therapeutic outcomes were graded as excellent in 16 cases and good in 18 cases with an excellence rate of 70.8% according to the criterion for hand function assessment issued by the Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association.Conclusion The early microsurgery combined with neurotrophic drug therapy and rehabilitation exercise can effectively restore the function of the hand in the patients with severe injury of the median nerves.
