摘要
以"青研一号"番茄为试材,采用苗期灌根方法,研究了不同浓度复硝酚钠灌根处理对番茄穴盘苗壮苗效果的影响。结果表明:各处理均使番茄幼苗株高不同程度地增加。复硝酚钠6 000倍液处理使幼苗茎粗、叶面积及G值显著高于清水对照。复硝酚钠3 000倍液处理使番茄幼苗的壮苗指数降低,而其它处理则相反。各处理的番茄叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量及根系活力均显著高于清水对照,都随着处理浓度的增大而增加,并且表现出低浓度促进,高浓度延缓的趋势。综合各因素,为培育壮苗,以幼苗二叶一心期施用复硝酚钠6 000倍液效果最佳。
Effects of different concentration of compound sodium nitrophenolate on tomato strong plug-seedlings were studied.The results indicated that all the treatments increased in plant height.Stem diameter,leaf area and G-value were significantly higher than control after treatment of 6 000 times concentrated.3 000 times liquid of compound sodium nitrophenolate decreased in seedling index,contrary of other treatments.Compared to the control,all the treatments significantly increased in chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and root activity,the variation trends were low concentrations promote while high concentrations inhibit.According to the results above,6 000 times concentrated was the optimum for tomato plug-seedlings.
