矮紫杉一步成苗离体培养技术

In Vitro Regeneration of One-tep Seedling for Taxus cuspidate cv. Nana

以矮紫杉当年生绿枝嫩梢为外植体,进行了一步成苗离体培养技术的研究。结果表明:矮紫杉一步成苗离体培养的外植体材料选用1.5%NaClO处理效果最好,在基本培养基MS+琼脂6g/L+蔗糖30g/L+AC 0.5g/L中添加IBA 1.0mg/L一步成苗率最高。

Using the health and greenwood slightly tender of Taxus cuspidate cv.Nana as explants,the technique of one-step-seedling formation from in vitro culture were studied.The results showed that one-step seedling formation of one-step-seedling formation from in vitro culture of Taxus cuspidate cv.Nana＇s explants selection of 1.5% NaClO material handling best,in the basic medium MS ＋ agar 6 g/L ＋ sucrose 30 g/L ＋ AC 0.5 g/L added IBA 1.0 mg/L step into the highest rate of seedlings.
