摘要
从乙烯、呼吸、软化、抗氧化性、脱涩、病害、细胞超微结构等几方面综述了1-甲基环丙烯(1-Methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)处理对柿果实采后生理生化变化的影响,同时介绍了1-MCP结合其它处理对柿果实贮藏的作用效果,以期为1-MCP在柿果实贮藏保鲜中的应用和研究提供参考。
The influence of 1-Methylcyclopropene（1-MCP） on persimmon postharvest biochemical and physiological property including ethylene production,respiration rate,fruit softening,oxidation resistance,de-astringency,disease and cell ultrastructure were reviewed.In addition,the effects of the combination of 1-MCP and other treatments were also summarized.
