锂电池用有机电解液生产过程中静电的防护与控制方法

摘要 随着锂电池的迅速推广运用,锂电池用电解液生产过程中的静电防护问题也日益显要。论述了静电的危害,并从静电的特征出发,根据相关技术标准和多年来对锂电池用电解液生产过程中防静电检测经验,总结归纳出锂电池用有机电解液生产过程中防静电的要点,针对易产生静电的工序,提出通过静电接地、等电位连接、控制物料流速、人体防静电、改进进料方式等措施,来预防或消除生产过程中产生的静电,具有一定的推广意义。 With rapid popularization and application of lithium batteries, the static protective problem was increasingly important in electrolyte production process of lithium batteries. Hazards of static were discussed and the main points of static protection in the production organic electrolyte for Li-ion batteries were summarized according to the features of static, relevant technical standards as well as testing experiences of many years.Several anti-static measures aiming at the processes which are easy to produce static were introduced.h was also pointed out that static grounding, equipotential connection, control of material flow velocity, human body anti-static, and improvement of feeding etc.could be adopted to prevent or eliminate static in the production.These measures have certain significance for popula-rization.
