摘要 总结提高№21C型络筒机一次性捻接成功率的措施。阐述了提高络筒机捻接效率的重要性,指出了上纱失误、上纱剪切故障、下纱失误、捻接失误、验结剪切故障的形成原因和解决措施。认为提高捻接效率不仅有助于提高络筒机效率,而且可保证接头质量、降低挡车工劳动强度、减小回丝率、降低生产成本。 Measures of improving No21C winding machine one time splice success rate were summarized. The importance of improving winding machine splice efficiency was introduced. Reasons and solutions of loading yarn mistake, loading yarn cut mistake, unloading yarn mistake, splice mistake and fault of testing cut were pointed out. It is considered that through increasing splice efficiency, winding efficiency can be increased, splice quality can be ensured, labor working strength can be reduced,thread waste can be reduced. Droduction costs can ha reduced.
