摘要 总结Outlast粘胶纤维织物的设计与生产过程。针对Outlast改性粘胶纤维的特点,选用Outlast改性粘胶纤维、竹浆纤维、涤纶三种纤维混纺开发了凉爽型衬衣织物。通过在生产的各个环节采用低车速、低张力以减少纱线断头及条干恶化,保证纱线通道平整、光滑以避免微胶囊破裂,合理控制车间温湿度等一系列技术措施,使得织机效率达85%以上,织制的织物穿着舒适、美观,达到了设计及生产要求。 Design and production process of Outlast viscose fiber fabric were summarized. According to the properties of Outlast modified viscose fiber,Outlast modified viscose fiber,bamboo fiber and polyester were selected and blended,then cool fabric was developed. A series of measures were adopted,such as adopting lower speed and lower tension in each process to reduce yarn breakage and unevenness, ensuring yarn channel smooth to avoid mierocapsule split, keeping temperature & humidity rationally, finally loom efficiency can be reached above 85% , woven fabric is comfort and beautiful, design and production demands can be reached.
