摘要
以非洲山毛豆为材料,研究光照、变温、播种时期以及种子处理方式对山毛豆种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:光照、变温和播种时期对山毛豆种子发芽率有显著影响,种子处理方式(未冷藏和-20℃冷藏5 d)对山毛豆种子发芽率无明显影响;山毛豆种子发芽的最适生长周期是正常光照周期,最适变温为27~32℃,最适播种季节是夏天(5~6月)。
The paper studied the effects of tephrosia seed germination under the different light cycle,variable temperature,different sowing time and seed treatment.The results showed that light cycle,variable temperature and different sowing time all significantly affected tephrosia seeds germination,while the different seed treatment(freezer treatment for 5 d and normal treatment) did not,and the optimum light cycle was normal light cycle,variable temperature was 27~32℃,and suit sowing season was summer(May and June).
