氨基酸微肥对马铃薯产量与品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在田间采用叶面喷施的方法研究3种氨基酸微肥对马铃薯产量和品质的影响。结果表明:氨基酸微肥处理的马铃薯块茎产量均比清水对照的高,其中氨基酸微肥Ⅲ处理的产量最高(37 769.19 kg/hm2),其次是氨基酸微肥Ⅰ(35 564.07 kg/hm2)和氨基酸微肥Ⅱ(31 794.84 kg/hm2),比对照分别提高25.15%、17.84%和5.35%;氨基酸微肥Ⅲ、氨基酸微肥Ⅰ和氨基酸微肥Ⅱ处理的马铃薯商品率比对照分别提高5.4%、3.1%和2.0%;氨基酸微肥处理的马铃薯块茎淀粉含量和蛋白质含量均显著高于对照,其中淀粉含量提高23%~40%,蛋白质含量提高41.9%~177.3%。 In field condition,three amino acid microelements were sprayed to leaves of potato in order to study the effects of the amino acid microelement fertilizers on yield and quality of potato tuber.The results were that the yield of potato spraying amino acid microelements was higher than control(spraying water),with amino acid microelement fertilizer Ⅲ(37 769.19 kg/hm2),Ⅰ(35 564.07 kg/hm2) and Ⅱ(31 794.84 kg/hm2) by 25.15%,17.84% and 5.35%,respectively.The commodity rates of amino acid microelement Ⅲ,Ⅰand Ⅱwere higher than control by 5.4%,3.1% and 2.0%,respectively.The content of starch and protein of potato spraying amino acid microelement fertilizers were all significantly higher than control by 23%~40% and 41.9%~177.3%,respectively
