摘要
对生防菌株ZM12发酵滤液的抑菌作用机理进行初步探索。盆栽试验结果表明该菌株的发酵滤液对猕猴桃细菌性叶枯病菌具有较强的保护作用;田间试验结果表明发酵滤液稀释100倍喷施时,其防效可达85.2%,显著高于95%CT杀菌剂的防效(64.8%)。同时,施药后植株SOD和POD酶活性都有明显趋势变化,先迅速增强,保持一段时间的高活性后缓慢下降。此外还对该菌株的发酵滤液稳定性和作用机理进行初步探索,试验结果表明菌株的发酵滤液具有耐热、耐酸、耐储藏性,但在强碱性条件下其抑菌活性降低较多。
This paper is the study on the antagonistic mechanism of ZM12 fermentation filtrate.Results of pot experiment showed that the fermentation filtrate of ZM12 had strong protective efficiency on pseudomonas syrigae pv.syringae.Results of field trails showed that the control effect of the fermentation filtration reached to 85.2% when it was diluted 100 times,significantly higher than the control effect(64.8%) of 95% CT,a chemical bactericide.And result also revealed that the varitation in activities of SOD and POD had the tendency;both of them increased rapidly at first,maintained the highest activity in the middle,then decreased tardily.The results of stability of ZM12 fermentation filtrate inhibitive effect showed that ZM12 fermentation filtrate had activity to acid,storage and heat.
