禽流感病毒基因组及其编码蛋白的结构与功能 被引量:6

摘要 禽流感病毒为单股负链RNA,分为8个独立的节段,分别编码聚合酶蛋白(PB1、PB2和PA)、血凝素(HA)、神经氨酸酶(NA)、核蛋白(NP)、基质蛋白(M1和M2)和非结构蛋白(NS1和NS2)等10种蛋白质,为了深入认识该病毒,对其基因组及各种编码蛋白的结构和功能进行了综述。 The genome of avian influenza virus was negative sense,single stranded RNA,divided into eight separate segments,which encode Polymerase proteins(PB1,PB2 and PA),Hemagglutinin(HA),Nucleoprotein(NP),Neuraminidase(NA),Matrix proteins(M1 and M2),Nonstructural proteins(NS1 and NS2).In order to know it deeply,the structure and function of genome and its encoding protein were summarized.
