摘要
设计了一种汽油质量检测系统,检测探头是借助介电常数变化来测量的电容式传感器,该传感器工作在2MHz下,检测范围0~30pF,分辨力小于1pF,响应时间小于1s,并应用ANSYS软件对传感器检测场进行分析。通过传感器实时检测汽油浓度的变化,以MSP430单片机为控制和处理核心,将采集的浓度值和工作环境温度值进行处理,并通过液晶显示。该仪器便携,易于车载且稳定性好。
A gasonline quality inspecting system with capacitive sensor was designed, of which, the capacitive sensor boasting of 2MHz, 0 to 30pF range, less than lpF resolution and less than l s response time can work as detecting probe through measuring dielectric constant change, and can have the testing field analyzed with ANSYS software, and the real time detected gasoline concentration and the ambient temperature processed with MSP430 microcontroller and displayed via liquid crystal. The application proves its good portability and stability.
