摘要
目的观察压膜式前方牵引器的临床应用特点和效果。方法选择20例骨性Ⅲ类错畸形的的患者,其中男8例,女12例,平均年龄12.8岁。行前方牵引8个月,应用X线头影测量技术进行硬组织分析,并进行治疗前后测量结果的配对t检验。结果前方牵引治疗前后结果差异有显著性,上颌骨及上牙弓均前移,患者的反解除,SNA、ANB均增加,有统计学意义。结论压膜式前方牵引器是一种美观舒适,制作简单,戴用便捷、固位好,疗效佳的前方牵引口内装置。
Objective To asses the characteristics and clinical effects of press film protraction implement.Methods 20 children patients,8 males,12 females with skeletal ClassⅢmalocclusion were included.The mean age was 12.8.These patients were consecutively treated with maxillary protraction facemask for about 8 months.Lateral cephalometric radiographs were used to quantify the skeletal and dental changes before treatment and after treatment.T-test was used to compare significant difference between the two groups.Results After treatment,crossbite was corrected,and SNA、SNB were significantly larger than those in posttreatment group. Conclusions In addition to good fixation and effects,clinical advantages of the press film protraction implement tnclude：Cost and time saving,reliable adhesive,natural feel and beautiful outlook.
