摘要
目的探讨正畸用不锈钢丝进行不同温度热处理后,对弓丝与托槽间摩擦力的影响。方法对正畸用不锈钢方丝分成A、B、C、D四组进行不同温度的热处理,分别测试六翼托槽与不同热处理温度的不锈钢方丝在弹力结扎圈结扎方式下的摩擦力大小。结果 520℃度组与任意一组比较摩擦力测试结果有统计学差异(P<0.05),而360℃,440℃和未经热处理间差别均无统计学意义;经过加热处理后,弓丝热处理温度为520℃度时弓丝弹性模数最大,弓丝回弹小。结论弹性模数的增加导致方丝回弹性降低是引起摩擦力测试值存在差异的一个主要因素;经360℃、440℃热处理的不锈钢方丝,有利于托槽沿弓丝滑动,适于关闭间隙阶段;经520℃热处理,利于精细调整阶段的牙齿移动,对临床应用有一定的参考意义。
Objective To discuss the influence of the orthodontic stainless steel archwires after heat treatment under different temperature on friction between the archwires and brackets.Methods The rectangular stainless steel archwires which had been treated under different temperatures(non-heating treatment;heat treatment;temperature 360℃;heat treatment;temperature 440℃;heat treatment:temperature 520℃) were divided into quadruplet A,B,C,D.Measure the friction of six-wing brackets and archwires which had been treated under different temperatures by the elasticity ligated method.Results There was statistical significance of differences of friction test results between 520℃group and any other group.There wasn't statistical signifcance of differences among nonheating treatment group,360℃group and 440℃group.In heat treatment the elasticity modulus of the archwive reached the maximum while the resilience reached the minimum,when the temperature was 520℃.Conclusions The increase of modulus of elasticity of orthodontic stainless steel archwire causes low rebound,which is one of the main factors that cause different frictional test values;the stainless steel archwire treated under 440℃and 360℃can be applied in the process of space closure;and the stainless steel archwire treated under 520℃can be applied in moving teeth to a certain position precisely,which can provide some references for its clinical application.
