摘要
目的分析大学生群体口腔就医行为的诸多影响因素,以期发现造成目前大学生的口腔健康状况较差且存在诸多不当的就医行为的原因。方法利用实证分析的方法原理,通过横断面调查来获取对大学生群体口腔就医行为的诸多影响的资料,利用聚类分析等手段,分析总结出影响大学生口腔就医行为的主要因素。结果影响大学生口腔就医行为的因素主要分为三大类:对口腔疾病的认识程度;自身口腔健康状况和卫生习惯;口腔健康知识来源途径及其周围环境的影响。结论要帮助大学生确立正确的口腔就医行为,就必须从3个方面着手:首先提高大学生对口腔疾病的认识程度,其次要对大学生进行有针对性的健康指导;最后还要深入开展多渠道的形式各样的有效宣传,特别是对学生父母、老师的健康促进活动。
Objective To analyze dental medical behavior of college students,and find out what were truly influencing factors of college students＇ dental medical behavior.Methods Make positive analysis of the epidemiological data of influencing factors of college students＇ dental medical behavior using Chi-square and Hierarchical test.Results According to the results of this study,there were three types of influencing factors：recognition of the dental diseases,dental health conditions,habits of the students,and dental service source.Conclusions To help college students to establish right dental medical behavior,there are three approaches.First,promote college students＇ recognition and attitude towards dental disseases;second,carry out dental health guidance specifically;and third, enforce and facilitate dental service and dental health propaganda.
