摘要
采用试验方法对给水泵切换过程中给水流量变化特性进行研究。对试验数据进行分析,研究止回阀在给水泵切换时的响应特性及切换过程中的给水流量变化特点。试验结果表明,给水泵切换过程中,在额定流量和30%额定流量条件下,给水量恢复稳定分别需要26 s和21 s,最小给水量分别为正常给水量值的59.4%和87.2%,平均欠流量分别为20.8%和7.5%。与30%额定流量双泵切换相比,额定流量条件下双泵切换需要更长的过渡时间,流量波动也更加剧烈,欠流量显著增加,对给水系统稳定性影响更大。
Flow characteristics in the process of switching one centrifugal pump to the other was investi-gated experimentally using a closed loop with two centrifugal pumps and two check valves.Characteristics of the check valves responding and the flow rate changing during the process of switching was studied by ex-perimental data analysis.The results show that in the switching process with high and low original flow rate,the restoring time is 26s and 21s respectively;the lowest flow rates are 59.4% and 87.2% out of that in normal water supply,and the average deficit of feed water is 20.8% and 7.5% respectively.Compared to double-pump switching with low flow rate,a longer transition time,more intense flow fluctuations and increased water loss are observed with high flow rate,which has significantly effects on the stability of water supply.
