隋元威夫妇墓发掘简报

A Preliminary Report of the Excavation of the Joint Bomb of Yuanwei and His Wife in Sui dynasty

2010年1月,陕西省考古研究院和咸阳市文物考古研究所对位于咸阳市底张镇布里村的隋元威夫妇墓进行了发掘。该墓为斜坡墓道、三天井的单室土洞墓,呈"甲"字形。墓内出土有陶器、瓷器、铁器、贝壳、铜镜、铜钱、墓志等。元威隋开皇十年死于寿州,开皇十一年葬于小陵原,隋仁寿五年和夫人于氏合葬于咸阳洪渎川。

The Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology and Xianyang City Archaeological Institute have excavated the joint tomb of Yuanwei and his wife dated to the Sui Dynasty at the Buh Village in Dizhang county, Xianyang. This is a single-chamber pit grave with a sloping entry and three airshafts. The whole layout of the tomb looks like the Chinese character ‘jia 甲＇. A few pieces of pottery, porcelains, iron artifacts, shells, bronze mirrors, and bronze coins as well as one piece of grave inscription stone have been yielded from the tomb. The major occupant, Yuanwei, died in Shouzhao in the tenth year of Kaihuang and was buried in Xiaolingyuan （small cemetery） in the eleventh year of Kaihuang, Eventually, Yuanwei and his wife, n6e Yu, were buried together in Hongduchuan, Xianyang, during the fifth year of Renshou.
