Packet service has a huge progress in recent years. For GSM resource is limited, it is important for those who are responsible for network optimization to make full use of the devices. Thus GAter and GSL are creatively optimized. By setting new formula, the new GSL formula is more easier to apply; by setting new signaling formula, signaling load under Alcatel GSM devices could be intuitively reflected, and KPIs receives certain improvement in results. In this way the paradox of device limit and customer perception could be effectively resolved.
