建材商业企业敏捷供需链管理系统的设计

建材供需链由原材料供应商、制造商、经销商、用户等构成。建立支持建材供需链优化运作的敏捷供需链管理系统（ＡＳＣＭＳ）需要明确企业（实体）间的供需协作关系、确定系统的管理与运作方式。在分析了建材供需链需求的基础上，给出了ＡＳＣＭＳ的结构与功能，该系统由建模与仿真、计划与控制、过程管理及系统集成等部分组成。

The Supply Chain for Building Materials industry consists of the entitiesthat collectively responsible for procurement, manufacturing and distribution activitiesassociated with Building Materials form. To build the Agile Supply Chain ManagementSystem(ASCMS) for Building Materials Industry, which supports the operation of supplychain for Building Materials industry effectively, it is necessary to determine thecooperating pattern between business entity and system management methodology. Based onthe analysis of the requirement of Ascms, the structure ands functions of ASCMS, whichis made up of system modeling and simulation, planning and control, process managementand system integration, are presented.
