消旋卡多曲治疗成人急性腹泻疗效观察

Effects of Racecadotril on Acute Diarrhoea of Adults

目的探讨消旋卡多曲治疗成人<5 d的急性水样腹泻的临床疗效、安全性及耐受性。方法选取我院急诊科2010年6月—2011年9月符合条件的成人急性水样腹泻患者947例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予蒙脱石散3.0 g空腹口服,3次/d;观察组给予消旋卡多曲100 mg口服,3次/d。两组均未进行抗感染治疗,记录治疗期间腹泻持续时间、临床反应及便秘、腹痛、腹胀等不良反应情况。结果治疗72 h后,观察组显效358例、有效84例、无效32例,对照组分别为200例、140例和133例,差异有统计学意义(u=10.948,P<0.01),且腹部不良反应观察组较对照组少。结论消旋卡多曲能迅速、有效地缓解成人急性腹泻症状,安全性好。

Objective To study the efficacy,safety and tolerability of racecadotril in treating patients with acute watery diarrhoea of less than 5 days′duration. Methods 947 adults with acute watery diarrhea admitted to our hospital emergency department from June 2010 to September 2011 were divided randomly into observation group and control group.The adults in the control group were treated with smectite（3.0 g）three times daily and the observation group were treated with racecadotril（100 mg）three times daily,none having received the antibiotic treatment.Record the duration time of the diarrhoea,the overall clinical response,the adverse reactions such as constipation,abdominal pain and distension and so on. Results After 72 hours′treatment,the recovering cases,effective cases and ineffective cases were 358,84 and 32 respctively in the observation group,compared with 200,140 and 133 in the control group.The difference was significant（u=10.948,P0.01）.In addition,the patients having abdominal adverse reaction in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group. Conclusion Racecadotril could get rid of the symptoms of acute diarrhoea rapidly and effectively.
