电脑中频治疗仪加拔火罐治疗棘上韧带损伤疗效观察

Computerized Intermediate Frequency Therapy Apparatus and Cupping Therapy for Supraspinous Ligament Injury

目的观察电脑中频治疗仪加拔火罐治疗棘上韧带损伤的疗效。方法将确诊的136例棘上韧带损伤患者随机分为电脑中频治疗仪加拔火罐治疗组(试验组)和超短波加拔火罐治疗组(对照组),每组68例。两组治疗均为1次/d,5次/周,10次为1个疗程。2个疗程结束后1周随访观察结果。结果两组患者治疗2个疗程后疼痛均得到不同程度的缓解,试验组疗效满意58例,不满意10例;对照组疗效满意35例,不满意33例。两组患者疗效满意率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用电脑中频治疗仪加拔火罐治疗棘上韧带损伤,是一种既简单可行、经济、方便,又安全、有效的治疗方法,值得交流和推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the combination of computerized inter-mediate frequency therapy apparatus and cupping therapy in the treatment of patients with spine ligament injury. Methods 136 patients diagnosed with spine ligament injury were randomly and equally divided into experimental group treated by intermediate frequency therapy apparatus combined with cupping,and the control group treated by ultrashort wave combined with cupping.The patients in both groups received the corresponding treatment 1 time/day,5 times/week,10 times being a course of treatment.1 week after 2 courses of treatment,the patients were followed up to observe the effects of the treatment. Results After two courses of treatment,the pain the patients in the two groups suffered had varying degrees of ease.58 cases were satisfied and 10 dissatisfied in the experimential group;35 cases were satisfied and 33 cases dissatisfied in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The combination of intermediate frequency treatment instrument and cupping for the spine ligament injury is a simple and feasible,safe,effective,economical and convenient treatment method,and it is worth sharing and spreading.
